Job Description
The Marketing POC (Centre) is the Storyteller and Footfall Engine of the Param Centre. This role is responsible for making the centre’s learning, curiosity, and impact visible, engaging, and actionable for visitors.
The Marketing POC transforms daily on-floor moments into compelling stories, converts walk-in visitors into long-term members, and ensures continuous awareness and engagement among schools, families, communities, and partners. This role serves as the primary bridge between the centre, and the central marketing team, ensuring consistent brand presence, community growth, and visitor conversion at the centre level.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photos, videos, and visitor testimonials that showcase learning,
curiosity, and engaging moments from the centre floor.
- Ensure 100% visitor feedback and data capture through on-ground interactions and
structured mechanisms.
- Facilitate immediate actions from visitors to follow Param’s social media handles and
join the Centre’s community WhatsApp group during their visit.
- Act as the on-floor sales representative by actively pitching memberships and
onboarding visitors into the Param community.
- Coordinate daily with Event and Programming POCs to identify key exhibits,
workshops, and moments for content creation.
- Plan and execute local outreach and popup engagement activities to drive footfall
within the centre’s vicinity.
- Build and maintain relationships with nearby schools, local businesses, RWAs, and
tourist hubs to drive group bookings and program participation.
- Distribute and manage centre-level marketing collaterals such as brochures,
magazines, and newsletters.
- Support marketing of monthly themes, workshop calendars, events, and community
programs in coordination with centre and HQ teams.
- Monitor, respond to, and resolve visitor feedback and negative reviews in coordination
with the Centre Lead.
- Ensure centre information is accurate and updated across Param platforms and
external listings.
- Share locally generated leads, content assets, insights, and reports with the central
marketing team.
- Support sponsorships, external events, rentals, and long-term collaborations in
alignment with HQ guidelines.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in on-ground marketing, community engagement, or events.
- Strong storytelling skills with hands-on photo/video content creation experience.
- Proven ability to engage visitors and drive conversions in a physical environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently on the centre floor.
