Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Marketing Manager to drive the growth of our flagship fully automated algorithmic trading software. Your primary mission is to acquire high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), retail traders, and corporate clients looking for consistent monthly returns in the Indian Stock Market. 

You will be responsible for explaining the power of AI-driven trading, building credibility for our algorithms, and hitting aggressive monthly sales targets. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Conversion: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, Webinars, and Email) to build a pipeline of qualified leads.
• Sales Strategy: Conduct 1-on-1 demos and group presentations to explain how our software automates trading strategies to generate "decent monthly profits" while managing risk.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and recurring revenue targets.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on Indian Stock Market trends (NSE/BSE), SEBI regulations, and competitor movements to position our software effectively.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain a high retention rate by ensuring clients understand the software’s performance and helping them navigate the onboarding process.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the tech team to simplify complex algorithmic concepts into "layman’s terms" for marketing collateral. 

Candidate Profile: Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5 years in Marketing or Sales, preferably within the FinTech, Broking, or Wealth Management sectors.
• Market Knowledge: A solid understanding of the Indian Stock Market (Options, Futures, and Equity) is mandatory. Familiarity with "Algos" is a huge plus.
• Communication: Exceptional persuasion skills. You must be able to sell the "vision" of financial freedom through automation.
• Data-Driven: Ability to track Lead Acquisition Cost (LAC) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
• Education: MBA in Marketing or Finance (preferred) or equivalent practical experience in the financial markets.

Performance Metrics (The "Targets")

1. Lead-to-Close Ratio: Converting a minimum of 20% of trial users to paid subscribers.
2. Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR): Bringing in monthly targets / sales in new software licensing fees each month.
3. Customer Education: Successfully hosting at least 4 to 5 of webinars/seminars per month.
