Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager with strong experience in real estate marketing and performance-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, data-oriented, and capable of driving high-quality lead generation across digital channels to support sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), portals, and other digital platforms

Drive qualified lead generation for residential projects and ensure cost-per-lead optimization

Design and manage campaign strategies for project launches, sustenance, and inventory push

Work closely with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with site-level conversion goals

Create and oversee campaign creatives – ad copies, banners, landing pages, and WhatsApp creatives

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance metrics (CPL, CTR, conversion rate, ROI)

Manage and optimize landing pages and lead funnels to improve conversion rates

Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and portal partners (99acres, Magicbricks, Housing, etc.)

Handle budget planning, allocation, and reporting for marketing spends

Conduct market & competitor analysis to identify opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness

Execute local area marketing activities (events, site branding, hoardings, activations) when required

Prepare regular MIS reports and performance dashboards for management review

Required Skills & Qualifications

5–6 years of core real estate marketing experience (mandatory)

Strong hands-on expertise in performance marketing & paid media

Proven experience in lead generation for residential projects

Working knowledge of CRM systems and lead tracking

Strong understanding of Bangalore real estate micro-markets

Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines

Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience with project launch marketing

Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and WhatsApp automation

Exposure to branding & offline marketing

Experience working closely with site sales & channel partners
