Job Title: Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other channels.
• Coordinate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure timely execution of activities.
• Handle branding, promotions, and on-ground marketing activities as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing (digital + offline).
• Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
• Candidates must be located within 10 km of the workplace.
