Job SummaryThe Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the company’s marketing strategies to promote RO systems, water treatment plants, and related products. The candidate will lead sales growth initiatives, brand development, dealer network expansion, and digital marketing campaigns.

• 🔑 Key Responsibilities1️⃣ Marketing Strategy & PlanningDevelop and implement annual marketing plans
• Identify new market opportunities (Domestic & Commercial segments)
• Analyze competitors and market trends
• 2️⃣ Sales & Business DevelopmentIncrease sales of domestic RO, commercial RO, and industrial RO plants
• Develop dealer and distributor network
• Generate institutional and corporate leads
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• 3️⃣ Brand PromotionPromote ACLAN RO and other company brands
• Plan promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and field marketing activities
• Coordinate advertisement and branding materials
• 4️⃣ Digital MarketingOversee social media marketing
• Manage website and online lead generation
• Monitor online inquiries and conversions
• 5️⃣ Client Relationship ManagementMaintain relationships with key customers
• Handle major project negotiations
• Ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales coordination
• 6️⃣ Team ManagementLead and supervise marketing executives
• Train sales team members
• Set performance targets and review regularly
• 🎓 QualificationMBA in Marketing / Business Administration preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 💼 Experience3–7 years experience in marketing/sales
• Experience in RO / Water Purifier / Industrial Equipment preferred
• Strong dealer network knowledge in Karnataka is an advantage
