Marketing Manager

Role OverviewWe are looking for a Marketing Manager to handle digital marketing, generate leads, and help grow our monthly sales from ₹50 lakh to ₹1 crore. The ideal candidate should be strong in online marketing, content creation, and campaign management.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and run digital marketing strategies (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, social media).
• Generate quality leads for interior design projects.
• Manage company social media pages and plan content.
• Improve website traffic, landing pages, and online inquiries.
• Work with the sales team to improve conversion of leads.
• Create marketing materials like brochures, project posts, videos, and case studies.
• Track marketing performance and share monthly reports.
• Build basic partnerships with real estate agents, builders, and influencers.
• QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 6 month of marketing experience (interior design/real estate preferred).
• Good knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media.
• Ability to create simple content (posts, ads, presentations).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
