Marketing Sales Manager

Siddhivinayak Technocraft Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and field-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to promote and sell school furniture products. The role involves visiting schools and educational institutions, generating leads, regular follow-ups, and closing deals. This is a target-driven outdoor sales role based in Hennur.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit schools, colleges, coaching centers, and educational institutions across Bengaluru and nearby areas.
• Generate new leads through field visits, networking, and references.
• Present product catalogues, furniture specifications, and customization options to decision-makers.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing within company guidelines.
• Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
• Close sales orders and achieve monthly / quarterly targets.
• Maintain daily visit reports and lead database.
• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for smooth delivery.
• Collect competitor and market feedback.

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in Sales / Marketing (B2B / Furniture / Education sector preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Language Requirement: Must know Hindi and South Indian languages (Kannada mandatory; Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam preferred).
• Willingness to travel locally on a daily basis.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: 20,000 – 30,000 per month (based on experience).
