Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to promote Skill Intern’s programs and generate quality leads.

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Academic Qualification: Any Graduation / Post Graduation

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Create engaging content for social media, email, and digital marketing platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support enrolment targets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies.
• Track and report key marketing metrics to management.
• Selection & Employment DetailsSelection Process: HR Interview Round
• Training Period: First 10 days (unpaid)
• Working Days: 6 days/week
• Working Hours: 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM
• Work Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
• Package for Fresher’s: ₹2,20,000 per annum
• Probation Period: 3 Months (Mandatory)
• Attendance & Consistency:
• Maintain at least 90% consistency during probation to secure full-time employment.
• Only 1–2 leaves allowed in the first month under exceptional circumstances.
• Skills RequiredStrong knowledge of digital marketing channels (social media, email, SEO, SEM).
• Excellent communication and creative skills.
• Analytical mindset to monitor and optimize campaigns.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
