Job Description
Qualification: Graduate or diploma , MBA
Experience: 8- 10 years in sales or pharma , medical equipment
The overall purpose of the job is to build brand KARE into a market leader in the regions you operate, in the prosthetics & orthotics sector.
You will be required to design strategies and long-term plans, independently, in meeting the goals. The strategies and plans will have to be approved by the Business head or regional coordinator. The job tasks and other details provided are specific unless mentioned otherwise.
B) KEY TASKS FOR SPECIFIED DURATION: (% indicate weightage attached to each task)
1) Meet yearly revenue targets (50%).
2) Build and strengthen sales teams at all AT clinic and spoke locations (10%).
3) Build sufficient grade ‘A’ referrals, wherein, 1/3rd of target is secured, through this channel (10%); (Grade A defined as ability to provide steady stream of referrals providing an average business of at least 1 lakh per month).
4) Embrace product-based revenue (‘PBR’) by participating in its selection (done centrally) and oversee its roll-out in your respective region, as applicable (5%).
5) Provide direct input and/or mobilize KARE personnel & resources in supporting smooth functioning of AT clinics and spokes under the leadership of COO-clinics. More generic tasks are stated below (5%);
Facilitate any training needs of clinicians.
Help in networking and building relationships with clinical specialists in the industry.
Assist in developing end-to-end customer service protocol process for omni-channel service model.
Facilitate harmonious working culture between clinics and sales personnel at all locations.
Participate in stakeholder meetings and give input into clinical omni-service clinical strategy as required.
6) Provide direct input and/or mobilize KARE personnel & resources in supporting smooth functioning of cross-revenue departments (tender/CSR/TM/DM/Finance) all aimed at achieving the goals and revenue targets of KARE and the company. More generic tasks are stated below (5%);
Advise on pricing.
Proofread and provide content.
Train executives of cross-revenue departments in KARE products when requested.
Help improvise customer engagement/conversion/onboarding/stickiness tactics.
