🚀 We’re Hiring: CAD Designer – Product & Puzzle Design

📍 Bengaluru | Sanjaynagar (On-site)

💰 CTC: ₹5–9 LPA + ESOPs

🧠 Experience: 3–5 Years

Kenzai Puzzles is building premium 3D mechanical puzzles and hands-on learning products. We design everything in-house and take products from idea → prototype → production → customer-ready kits.

We’re looking for a hands-on CAD Designer who can own the complete product design lifecycle, including puzzle instructions.

• 🔧 What You’ll DoDesign 3D CAD models for mechanical / puzzle-based products
• Convert concepts into functional, manufacturable designs
• Create production-ready files (DXF / STEP / STL, etc.)
• Build and validate physical prototypes
• Work closely with production & vendors to ensure manufacturability
• Optimize designs for material usage, assembly, and scale
• Design clear, step-by-step instruction manuals for puzzles

• Assembly sequence
• Exploded views
• Logical build flow for end users
• 🛠 What We’re Looking For3–5 years of experience in 3D CAD / Product Design
• Strong working knowledge of SolidWorks / Fusion 360 / AutoCAD
• Experience designing mechanical or consumer products
• Ability to create assembly diagrams & visual instructions
• Understanding of manufacturing processes (laser cutting, CNC, wood/acrylic, assemblies)
• Ability to independently take a product from design → prototype → production
• ⭐ Nice to HaveExperience in toys, puzzles, DIY kits, or consumer hardware
• Exposure to MDF, wood, acrylic, or mixed materials
• Basic knowledge of Illustrator / Inkscape / CorelDRAW for manuals
• Strong sense of user experience and build flow
