Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Design and develop 2D & 3D models of mechanical components and assemblies using CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, Creo, etc.).
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, part lists, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Perform design calculations, tolerance analysis, and material selection.
- Conduct design validation through simulations, FEA analysis, and prototype testing.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams to ensure manufacturability and functionality of designs.
- Review designs for cost-effectiveness, safety, and compliance with standards.
- Support manufacturing and assembly processes with technical documentation.
- Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement projects.
