Mechanical Design Engineer

• Key Responsibilities:Design and develop 2D & 3D models of mechanical components and assemblies using CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, Creo, etc.).
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, part lists, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Perform design calculations, tolerance analysis, and material selection.
• Conduct design validation through simulations, FEA analysis, and prototype testing.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams to ensure manufacturability and functionality of designs.
• Review designs for cost-effectiveness, safety, and compliance with standards.
• Support manufacturing and assembly processes with technical documentation.
• Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement projects.
