Job Description
- Create and develop technical drawings and specifications for new products or product improvements
- Research and analyze data to determine customer needs and requirements
- Develop and produce 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA
- Produce detailed drawings and specifications for parts and assemblies
- Collaborate with other members of the product development team to ensure that designs are manufacturable, cost-effective, and meet customer requirements
- Conduct design reviews and make necessary revisions to designs
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
