Job Overview:

The Marketing Assistant supports the marketing team in executing campaigns, coordinating projects, and maintaining brand presence across multiple channels. This role involves administrative tasks, content creation, data tracking, and communication with internal and external stakeholders to help ensure marketing initiatives run smoothly and effectively.                                          Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Support

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.

Support digital marketing activities including social media posts, email campaigns, and website updates.

Coordinate with vendors, designers, and internal teams for promotional material.

2. Content & Communication

Draft basic content for social media, emails, and marketing materials.

Maintain and update marketing databases, contact lists, and mailing lists.

Assist in creating presentations, reports, and marketing documents.

3. Market Research

Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.

Gather insights to support marketing strategies.

4. Administrative Tasks

Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining documentation.

Track expenses, invoices, and marketing budgets.

5. Event Coordination

Provide support during events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Manage event logistics and follow-up tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any related field.

Good communication and writing skills.

Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (social media, email marketing, Canva, etc.).

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
