We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Medical Representative to promote our services and expand our client base in hospitals, clinics, and with individual healthcare providers.

Job Summary:

The Medical Representative will be responsible for developing relationships with healthcare professionals, educating them about our products and services, and driving business growth through lead generation and sales. This is a field-based role requiring regular visits to healthcare institutions.

Responsibilities:

• Promote Prime Healers' medical equipment and nursing services to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
• Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos to healthcare professionals.
• Develop in-depth product knowledge to answer customer queries effectively.
• Generate leads, follow up with potential clients, and close sales.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Submit daily/weekly reports on visits, inquiries, and conversions.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead.
• Collaborate with the internal team for smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical/medical sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage fieldwork efficiently.
• Proficiency in Kannada, English, and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
• Basic computer literacy – MS Office, CRM tools, and internet research.
• Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred for local travel).
