Footlogics is an established Australian foot health brand with over 15 years of global presence across 20+ countries. As part of our India expansion, Footlogics India are building a strong medical distribution network across key cities.

We specialise in clinically designed insoles and arch support footwear that help manage heel pain, plantar fasciitis, flat feet, diabetic foot concerns, and general foot discomfort.

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Medical Sales Representative with an existing strong network to expand our presence among orthopaedic doctors, podiatrists, and physiotherapists. This is a field-focused role requiring strong relationship building and consistent follow-up.

Sales professionals don't need a degree but have the eagerness to close the deal, make $$$ and help people at the same time. That's who we are looking for - someone who is eager to make $$ and they will be backed with the solid brand and the product that actually helps people relieve their pain.

If you are comfortable meeting doctors daily and growing a territory from the ground up, this role is for you.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit orthopaedic doctors, podiatrists, and physiotherapists regularly
• Present and explain product benefits with clinical confidence
• Generate prescriptions, clinic tie-ups, and repeat orders
• Build and maintain long-term professional relationships
• Identify new hospitals, clinics, and rehab centres
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Track calls, follow-ups, and conversion rates
• Provide on-ground market feedback

What We’re Looking For

• 1–5 years of experience in medical / pharma / device sales
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Comfortable with field travel
• Based in New Delhi and/or Bangalore
• Experience in ortho, rehab, or related specialties is highly regarded
