Job Title: B2B Manager (Healthcare)

Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 + 5000 KPI

Experience: 2-3 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors to ensure a consistent flow of patient referrals for our services.
• Manage and guide a team of doctor managers who meet with doctors to promote our offerings.
• Visit doctors with team members to strengthen partnerships and identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through B2B channels.
• Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and ensure targets are achieved.
• Maintain accurate records of doctor interactions, patient referrals, and revenue metrics.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with team-handling responsibilities.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to achieve revenue targets in a B2B environment.
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry, particularly nursing care, physiotherapy, and diagnostics, is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally for field visits.
