Job Description
- Responsible for maintaining the TAT of R&M tickets at best.
- MEPs have to maintain the materials data, like in-house store stock and used materials stock, without any deviation.
- Should reduce the vendor dependency on the ground by using technical knowledge without affecting the CSAT score.
- Carry out project activities as directed by the managers/associate managers and adhere to risk assessments and standard operating procedures.
- Carry out the PPM, Reactive and corrective maintenance of MEP asset such as split AC, MDB, SMDB, DB, LCP, generator, booster pumps, and sump pumps.
- Able to resolve carpentry-related complaints
- Able to resolve basic AC complaints.
- Installing, inspecting, maintaining and repairing plumbing system, water tanks, pumps, etc.
- Diagnose leakage and blockage, understanding the drainage and water supply system
- Installation knowledge on geysers, UPSs and inverters, etc.
- Minor carpentry work, Repairing door and window alignments, Replacing the door lock sets and latches.
- Filling the checklist (PPM, RM)
- Participate in emergency on-call service during non-working hours, weekends and public holidays.
