LOCATION:Sunkadakatte, Bangalore (On-site)

WORKING DAYS & HOURS: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

SALARY: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years in garments/textile merchandising (supplier side preferred)

LANGUAGES (MANDATORY)

English + Hindi (speaking, reading, writing)

ROLE SUMMARY

We need a hands-on Garment Merchandiser to manage sampling, supplier follow-ups, and order coordination. The role requires strong textile/garment knowledge, daily tracking, and clear communication to deliver samples and orders on time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (SHORT)

• Handle sampling: sample requests, measurements, revisions, approvals, dispatch tracking
• Coordinate fabric & trims: sourcing follow-ups, inward status, timelines, alternates if delays
• Maintain T&A / trackers for samples and orders; daily status updates
• Follow up with suppliers, job-workers, production, QC, dispatch to meet schedules
• Support basic documentation: style file, approvals, supplier confirmations; assist in basic costing inputs when required
• Ensure samples follow specs/measurements and coordinate corrections

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

• Strong knowledge of garments + textiles (fabric basics, construction, sampling flow)
• Excellent follow-up and coordination skills with vendors and factory teams
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets + WhatsApp + Email
• Clear communication in English and Hindi

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years experience as Merchandiser / Sampling Merchandiser / Production Merchandiser in garments
• Ability to handle multiple styles and tight timelines
