Job Description

  • Roles & ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with buyers, designers, suppliers, and production teams to execute orders smoothly
  • Understand buyer requirements, tech packs, and product specifications
  • Prepare costing, sampling sheets, and order confirmations
  • Follow up on sampling (fit, proto, size set, PP samples) and approvals
  • Source fabrics, trims, and accessories as per buyer standards
  • Track order status from order confirmation to final shipment
  • Ensure production timelines, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met
  • Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inline and final inspections
  • Handle buyer communication through emails and meetings
  • Maintain merchandising reports, order trackers, and MIS
  • Resolve production or quality issues proactively
