Mern Stack Developer

We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and experience in building full-stack web applications using modern JavaScript technologies. 

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)

● Build reusable, efficient, and scalable code

● Design and implement RESTful APIs

● Integrate front-end interfaces with backend services

● Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers

● Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance

● Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

● Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a MERN Stack Developer

● Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)

● Hands-on experience with React.js (Hooks, Components, State Management)

● Experience with Node.js and Express.js

● Knowledge of MongoDB and database schema design

● Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON

● Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design

● Experience using Git/GitHub

● Basic knowledge of authentication, authorization, and security practices

Good to Have

● Experience with Redux / Context API

● Familiarity with Next.js

● Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
