QA Process Steps

1. Call Monitoring: Listening to live or recorded calls.
2. Scoring: Using a QA scorecard to rate specific criteria.
3. Feedback: Providing constructive coaching to agents.
4. Reporting: Tracking trends and improvement areas.
5. Continuous Improvement: Adjusting training or policies based on insights.

MIS Executive

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
• Maintain and update data records in Excel or MIS systems.
• Analyze data related to collections, sales, customer accounts, or operations.
• Coordinate with different teams to collect required data and ensure accuracy.
• Create dashboards, reports, and summaries using MS Excel.
• Identify data discrepancies and correct them promptly.
• Support management with data analysis for business decisions.
• Maintain confidentiality of company data.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Macros preferred)
• Good analytical and numerical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage large datasets
