MIS compilation & reporting

1) Prepare MIS/Calls report/Dash board and share with RCs and fitters

and helping KAM to keep a track and update changes

2) Prepare inventory report in discussion with RCs

3) Coordinate with RCs and prepare daily attendance and share with all

stakeholder

Daily reporting of call closure to TM/ZM

1) Prepare MIS/calls report/dashboard and update TMs and ZM on work

progress and seek help if required

2) Coordinate with RCs and prepare daily progress report of special activity

3) Coordinate with RCs for work, collect data/pictures and prepare PPT when

ever required, especially for VVIP visits & special activity

4) Daily Team Attendance Report sharing with Client                                                                                                                                               

5)Fitter Productivity Report                                                                                                                                                                                                                                

6) Problem fixed Ticket Report

7) Collating market updates received from RCs and Fitters and sharing it to

TMs and ZM.

Share daily updates on activities which are L3 after advising dealer

to log a ticket on App

1) Share activity which is not in scope of L2 and aligning fitters and

RCs to keep TMs informed on this
