MIS Executive

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports for 2W sales

Track booking, retail, billing, delivery, and cancellation data

Maintain sales dashboards for models, variants, colors, and schemes

Monitor sales executives’ performance, targets vs achievements

Coordinate with sales team, finance, and stock yard for data accuracy

Update and maintain customer, enquiry, and lead data

Generate reports related to exchange, finance, insurance, accessories

Ensure timely submission of MIS to management / OEM

Identify data gaps, discrepancies, and follow up for corrections

Maintain proper documentation and data backups

Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)

Basic understanding of 2W sales process (booking to delivery)

Good analytical and reporting skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work under deadlines

Good coordination and communication skills
