About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori Preschool Teacher to join our team in Mathikere, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing, engaging, and child-centred learning environment that supports the holistic development of children aged 2–6 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement Montessori-based lessons and activities.
• Prepare and maintain a safe, organized, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Observe, assess, and document each child’s progress and development.
• Foster independence, creativity, and social-emotional growth.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding children’s progress.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff for school events and curriculum planning.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Montessori certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is an advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in a preschool/Montessori setting preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Kannada & Hindi is a plus).
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
