Job Description
- M.Sc./B.Sc. degree in chemistry (inorganic/organic/physical chemistry)/biochemistry/biotechnology with emphasis on biosensors with experience 0-2 years
- Strong Background in organic,inorganic, physical Chemistry, analytical chemistry, electrochemistry and basic knowledge of biochemistry.
- Familiarization with characterization techniques such as UV-VIS Spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), FTIR, Raman spectroscopy
- Understanding the principle of electrochemistry, amperometry & voltammetry, sensor modelling and simulation.
- Develop the sensing chemistry for manufacturing team electrochemical biosensors, design the experiments for testing formulations.
- Improving the sensor accuracy and repeatability of existing platform.
- Organize and perform pilot studies for developing biosensors concepts and data gathering experiments to evaluate and improve technology.
- Interface with manufacturing team to scale-up production technology. Interface with electronics and software team to interface test strips with electronics handheld device
