Multi Skilled Technician - Opening For Whitefield Location

Key Responsibilities

 Perform preventive maintenance (PM) for all electrical and utility assets as per

schedule.

 Attend electrical breakdowns and restore systems within defined SLA timelines.

 Execute maintenance activities for BOPT (Battery Operated Pallet Trucks) including

operational checks and breakdown support.

 Carry out battery maintenance for BOPT machines, including charging systems,

connectors, terminals, and safety checks.

 Perform HPT (Hand Pick Trolleys) functional and safety checks to ensure smooth

operations.

 Conduct Reach Truck electrical and safety checks, including battery charging systems

and warning devices.

 Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot UPS systems and power backup infrastructure.

 Maintain electrical systems for weighing scales and allied equipment.

 Manage and maintain server room electrical systems, UPS coordination, earthing, and

redundancy.

 Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot AC systems (split, cassette, ductable) and related

electrical controls.

 Handle CAM (Common Area Maintenance) electrical works across the Distribution

Center.

 Maintain internal, external, and emergency lighting systems.

 Operate and maintain cold room electrical systems, panels, and controllers.

 Monitor, operate, and maintain transformers, ensuring load balancing and safe

operation.

 Operate, test, and maintain DG sets, including changeover during power failures.

 Maintain fire hydrant pump systems, electrical panels, starters, and interlocks.

 Operate and maintain jet pumps and root machines/blowers.

 Ensure proper operation of LT panels, MCC panels, starters, VFDs, and control panels.

 Follow electrical safety norms, PPE usage, and LOTO procedures at all times.

 Ensure work permits are raised, approved, and complied with for all electrical and high-

risk activities.

 Coordinate with vendors and AMC partners for PMs, breakdowns, and specialized

repairs.

 Monitor vendor SLA adherence, work quality, and closure timelines.

 Ensure Earth pit maintenance should be done in all equipment’s with ER report.

 Support safety audits, statutory inspections, and mock drills.

 Maintain PM checklists, breakdown logs, battery maintenance records, reach truck

checklists, and shift handover reports.

 Work on a shift basis, including night shifts, weekends, and emergency call-outs.
