Job Title: IT Infrastructure & Operations Specialist (Multi-Site)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic professional with expertise in IT Infrastructure, Sales, and Operations to oversee technology systems across multiple sites. The role will cover end-to-end IT networking, infrastructure deployment, CCTV & access point management, and client solution sales.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 IT Infrastructure & Operations

• Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware (servers, switches, firewalls, routers, CCTV, access points, etc.).
• Manage LAN/WAN, VPNs, Wi-Fi, and multi-site connectivity.
• Oversee CCTV surveillance and access control systems.
• Ensure uptime, security, and scalability of IT infrastructure.
• Monitor performance using ITSM & network monitoring tools.

🔹 IT Sales & Client Solutions

Identify client IT infrastructure needs and propose solutions.

Assist sales team with technical proposals, presentations, and solution design.

Support in bidding, vendor management, and customer engagement.

Drive revenue through infrastructure, CCTV, and access control solutions.

🔹 Operations & Support

• Provide L1/L2 troubleshooting and escalation management.
• Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and OEMs for timely issue resolution.
• Maintain documentation of assets, configurations, and SLAs.
• Train site teams on IT processes, security, and usage of IT assets.
