Network (Support) Engineer

The IT and Networking Executive is responsible for the

installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of the organization's

IT systems, hardware, software, and networks. The role ensures optimal

performance of the infrastructure while maintaining high levels of security

and minimizing downtime. This person will be the go-to point for resolving

technical issues, ensuring systems are up-to-date, and implementing

IT-related projects.

Experience:

six months to 3yr

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Install and configure hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. • Monitor and maintain computer systems, Laptops, Mobiles, printers, scanners and networks. • Provide technical support (in person, via phone, or remotely). • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose and solve hardware/software faults. • Ensure network security and data backup procedures are functioning properly. • Maintain inventory of all IT equipment and software licenses. • Set up new users’ accounts and profiles and deal with password issues. • Support implementation of new applications or upgrades. • Coordinate with vendors for AMC, repairs, warranty claims, and software renewals. • Monitor and manage CCTV, biometric devices, and other network-connected hardware. • Document technical knowledge and standard operating procedures
