Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Technical Consultant / Solution Architect for a US customer-facing, backend-heavy role with strong hands-on expertise in Node.js and working knowledge of React.js.

In this role, you will work closely with US-based clients, understand business requirements, and translate them into scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions. You will operate at both hands-on engineering and solution architecture levels, contributing to the design and development of enterprise-grade CRM financial products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable full-stack solutions for a CRM-based financial product.
• Act as the primary technical consultant for US clients—gathering requirements and translating them into robust technical solutions.
• Write, review, and optimize high-quality code, with strong emphasis on Node.js (backend-heavy) and React.js.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration layers.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and engineering teams to deliver features aligned with business goals.
• Participate in system design, API architecture, and product integrations.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting best practices and engineering excellence.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, security, and maintainability through reviews and best practices.
• Serve as a key point of contact for technical discussions with clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js (Primary skill)
• Working experience with React.js (Secondary skill)
• Strong experience with API development and microservices architecture
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Proven US client-facing experience with excellent communication skills
• Ability to discuss solutions at business, technical, and architectural levels
• Experience working in product-based companies

Good to Have

• Experience with financial systems, CRM platforms, or enterprise SaaS products
• Exposure to AI-enabled or data-driven applications
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization
• Prior experience in a Solution Architect or Technical Consultant role
