Location: Bilekahalli, Bangalore

Position: Non-IT Recruiter

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Salary: Up to 4.5 LPA + Good Incentive

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for automobile sales and service roles

Screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates

Coordinating with department heads for hiring needs

Managing job postings on various platforms

Ensuring timely closures of open positions

Maintaining candidate databases and MIS reports

Requirements:

Proven experience (2 years) in Non-IT recruitment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of sourcing through job portals, social media, and referrals

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
