Job Description:

The North Indian Evening Snacks Cook is responsible for preparing and serving popular North Indian snacks for the evening shift, ensuring good taste, hygiene, and timely service.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare North Indian evening snacks such as samosa, kachori, pakora, chaat, aloo tikki, bread pakora, chole chaat, etc.

Ensure taste consistency and quality of food

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area

Handle raw materials and ingredients properly

Prepare chutneys, fillings, and accompaniments

Manage evening snack service smoothly and on time

Follow food safety and hygiene standards

Control food wastage and manage stock

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in preparing North Indian snacks

Knowledge of spices, ingredients, and snack preparation techniques

Ability to work in evening shifts

Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety

Experience:

6 months –3 years of experience as a snacks cook or similar role
