Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef specializing in Maharashtrian cuisine to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of authentic Maharashtrian dishes, strong leadership skills, and the ability to maintain consistency, quality, and hygiene standards while managing a high-performing kitchen team.


Key Responsibilities Culinary & Menu Management Plan, design, and execute authentic Maharashtrian menus (Veg )

  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
  • Innovate and update menus while maintaining traditional flavors
  • Oversee food preparation and cooking processes
  • Kitchen Operations Manage daily kitchen operations and workflow
  • Monitor food quality, freshness, and storage
  • Control food costs, wastage, and inventory
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene at all times
  • Coordination & Reporting Work closely with management on budgeting and planning
  • Handle guest feedback and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Required Skills & Qualifications Expert knowledge of Maharashtrian cuisine (traditional & regional varieties)
  • Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Cost control and inventory management skills
  • Preferred Dishes Knowledge Puran Poli, Bhakri, Pitla, Bharli Vangi
  • Misal Pav, Usal, Poha, Sabudana Khichdi Malvani & Kolhapuri gravies
  • Salary & Benefits Salary: As per industry standards (negotiable)
