North Indian cook

We are hiring Kitchen Staff / Cooks for our North Indian cloud kitchen. The role requires speed, responsibility, and teamwork to ensure high-quality food and smooth kitchen operations, especially during peak order hours.

• Roles & Responsibilities:Prepare and cook North Indian dishes as per recipes and quality standards
• Work as a team player and coordinate smoothly with other kitchen staff
• Handle assigned tasks responsibly and complete them on time
• Maintain speed and efficiency during high-volume orders
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, workstations, and equipment
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Assist in food prep, cutting, plating, and packing orders
• Monitor stock usage and inform the supervisor about shortages
• Maintain discipline and professionalism in the kitchen

Requirements:

• Experience in North Indian cuisine preferred
• Ability to work under pressure during peak hours
• Physically fit for kitchen work
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team
