Job Description

Job Title: North Indian Cook (Pure Vegetarian)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (In-hand including incentive)

Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a skilled North Indian Cook (Pure Veg)/ Chef to join our team and prepare delicious, high-quality meals for our guests. The ideal candidate should be passionate about cooking, maintain kitchen hygiene, and be able to manage kitchen operations efficiently.

  • Key Responsibilities:Prepare and deliver high-quality North Indian vegetarian dishes.
  • Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and necessary equipment.
  • Study recipes and gather all required ingredients before cooking.
  • Cook food in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Supervise and guide other kitchen staff, if required.
  • Modify recipes based on customer preferences (e.g., no dairy, no nuts).
  • Check food freshness and discard expired items.
  • Assist in menu planning and kitchen organization.
  • Job Requirements:Minimum qualification: Below 10th pass.
  • Experience: 0–3 years as a Cook/Chef.
  • Knowledge of North Indian vegetarian cuisine.
  • Familiarity with cooking techniques (including advanced & non-traditional methods).
  • Understanding of kitchen sanitation and hygiene standards.
  • Good time management and leadership skills.
  • Culinary diploma or relevant certification is a plus.

This is a full-time Cook/Chef position suitable for candidates with 0–3 years of experience.
