Job Description
Job Title: North Indian Cook (Pure Vegetarian)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (In-hand including incentive)
Job Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a skilled North Indian Cook (Pure Veg)/ Chef to join our team and prepare delicious, high-quality meals for our guests. The ideal candidate should be passionate about cooking, maintain kitchen hygiene, and be able to manage kitchen operations efficiently.
- Key Responsibilities:Prepare and deliver high-quality North Indian vegetarian dishes.
- Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and necessary equipment.
- Study recipes and gather all required ingredients before cooking.
- Cook food in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Supervise and guide other kitchen staff, if required.
- Modify recipes based on customer preferences (e.g., no dairy, no nuts).
- Check food freshness and discard expired items.
- Assist in menu planning and kitchen organization.
- Job Requirements:Minimum qualification: Below 10th pass.
- Experience: 0–3 years as a Cook/Chef.
- Knowledge of North Indian vegetarian cuisine.
- Familiarity with cooking techniques (including advanced & non-traditional methods).
- Understanding of kitchen sanitation and hygiene standards.
- Good time management and leadership skills.
- Culinary diploma or relevant certification is a plus.
This is a full-time Cook/Chef position suitable for candidates with 0–3 years of experience.
