Job Description

We are hiring an experienced North Indian Cook for our new restaurant. The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in preparing authentic street food and chaat items including

  1. Chole Bhaturey,
  2. Poori Aloo,
  3. Puri Choley,
  4. Bedami Puri with Aloo Hing Sabji,
  5. Samosa, Kachori
  6. Samosa Chaat
  7. Dahi Bhalla.
  8. Chilli Manchurian
  9. Delhi Style Matar Kulcha
  10. Dosa
  11. Grilled Sandwich
  12. French Fries
  13. Paranthas - Aaloo, Gobi, Paneer, Mix
  14. Dosa, Uttapam
  15. Pasta
  16. Pizza


The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar kitchen or dhaba setup, with strong knowledge of North Indian spice blends, deep frying techniques, and fresh chutney preparation. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is essential. We are looking for someone who takes pride in authentic flavours and consistent quality.
