Job Description

We are looking for an experienced North Indian Cook who can prepare authentic and high-quality North Indian dishes. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of gravies, tandoor items, breads, and regional flavours.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook a wide range of North Indian dishes (curries, gravies, sabzis, tandoor items, biryanis, etc.).
  • Prepare fresh rotis, naans, parathas, kulchas, and other Indian breads.
  • Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
  • Ensure proper marination and preparation of ingredients in advance.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including cutting, chopping, stocking, and timely food preparation.
  • Follow hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
  • Monitor inventory and communicate requirements for raw materials.
  • Reduce wastage and maintain portion control.
  • Work efficiently during peak hours.
  • Skills & RequirementsProven experience as a North Indian Cook or Multi-cuisine Cook.
  • Strong knowledge of spices, gravies, tandoor operation, and traditional recipes.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain kitchen discipline.
  • Good understanding of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety guidelines.
  • Flexibility to work long shifts, weekends, and peak hours.
  • Teamwork and time-management skills.
  • Work Schedule Days: Monday to Sunday / Weekly Off
