Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in our facility. The RN will assess patient needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. This role requires a strong commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care based on individualized treatment plans.

Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in patients’ conditions.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Educate patients and their families on health conditions and post-treatment home care.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing care.

Ensure compliance with safety and infection control policies and procedures.

Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate care.

Supervise and guide junior staff and nursing assistants.
