Job Title: IVF Nurse

Job Description:

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled IVF Nurse to join our fertility clinic. The IVF Nurse will assist doctors and embryologists in providing high-quality fertility treatment and patient care. The role involves patient counseling, clinical support during IVF procedures, and coordination throughout the treatment cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist doctors during IVF, IUI, egg retrieval, embryo transfer, and related procedures
• Monitor patients during stimulation cycles and provide nursing care as advised
• Administer injections, medications, and IV fluids as per protocol
• Educate and counsel patients and couples about IVF procedures, medications, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and consent forms
• Coordinate with lab staff, embryologists, and consultants for smooth workflow
• Ensure infection control, sterilization, and safety standards are followed
