Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Nursing Supervisor role based in Bengaluru. The Nursing Supervisor will oversee nursing staff, ensure smooth operational workflow, and maintain patient care standards across assigned facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with patient care and safety standards
- Support staffing coordination and shift planning
- Maintain communication with hospital management
- Monitor daily nursing operations
Eligibility & Experience
- GNM or B.Sc Nursing qualification
- Valid Nursing Council Registration
- Good communication skills in Kannada and English
