Job Description

Job Title: Store Admin

Location: On-site

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Management


Role Overview: The Store Sales & Operations Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth while ensuring smooth store operations, inventory accuracy, and

strong customer relationships.

This role blends active selling, operational discipline, and customer service to maintain brand standards and deliver consistent results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development - Conduct cold calling to generate leads and identify sales opportunities.
  • Engage walk-in customers and explain products confidently and clearly.
  • Close deals through effective negotiation and consistent follow-ups.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.


  • Store & Display Management - Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
  • Ensure all products are properly displayed and price-tagged.
  • Monitor product condition and report any damaged items promptly.
  • Refresh and optimize displays to maintain visual appeal.


  • Inventory & Stock Management - Maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Report missing, delayed, or damaged stock to management.
  • Ensure proper handling and tracking of dispatched items.


  • Customer & After-Sales Management - Track order processing and provide timely updates to customers.
  • Manage after-sales service requests efficiently.
  • Record and resolve customer feedback or complaints within 48 hours.


  • Reporting & Documentation - Maintain accurate Excel reports as required.
  • Submit weekly reports within timelines.
  • Maintain organized records of bills and documentation.


  • Sales Support & Compliance - Support the Sales Manager with walk-in customers and daily coordination.
  • Continuously update product knowledge.
