Job Description

Key Responsibilities


  • Greeting Visitors: Welcome clients and guests in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Managing Calls: Answer and redirect incoming calls to the appropriate departments, providing information as needed.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including preparing reports, maintaining files, and handling mail and deliveries.
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Office Management: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front office area, ensuring it aligns with company standards.
  • Record Keeping: Update and maintain accurate records and databases, including visitor logs and supply inventories.
