Key Responsibilities
- Office Management: Overseeing daily office operations, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining office equipment.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinating calendars, booking meetings, managing conference rooms, and arranging travel.
- Administrative Support: Preparing documents (memos, reports), maintaining records, and assisting with basic bookkeeping or invoicing.
- Facility Coordination: Liaising with staff for repairs, cleaning, and security, and helping with onboarding new hires.
