Job Title:Office Assistant & Tendering Coordinator

Location:Bangalore

Experience:2+ Years (Retail Interior / Architecture / Real Estate background preferred)

About the Role:We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented Office Assistant & Tendering Coordinator who can seamlessly manage office operations while supporting tendering and documentation activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, coordination, and being the backbone of a fast-moving retail interior / real estate setup.

  • Key Responsibilities:Office AdministrationManage daily office operations, records, and documentation
  • Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams
  • Handle emails, correspondence, scheduling, and follow-ups
  • Maintain files, reports, invoices, and MIS data
  • Support senior management with administrative tasks
  • Tendering & DocumentationAssist in preparation, submission, and tracking of tenders
  • Coordinate BOQs, drawings, quotations, and vendor comparisons
  • Maintain tender documents, timelines, and compliance checklists
  • Follow up with vendors for quotes and clarifications
  • Support procurement and billing documentation
  • Desired Profile:2+ years experience in Retail Interiors / Architecture / Real Estate
  • Strong documentation and coordination skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Email communication
  • Organized, presentable, and confident communicator
  • Attention to detail with a structured way of working
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks calmly and efficiently
