Job Description

Responsibilities of candidates include:

• Experience in Customer Service field mandatory

• Day to day co-ordination with Customers & field staff

• Office management and back-office co-ordination

• Customer email communications

• Drafting and handing invoices and work allocations

• Tracking and ensuring timely completion of planned activities by the team

• Office is located in Kasturi Nagar, near SBI. People living in the neighborhood, will be accorded priority.
