Job Description

Designation – Associate Operations

Experience – 1-2+ years

Education -   Bachelor’s Degree

Base Location – Bangalore

Languages required – English, Kannada & Hindi

 

Overview - We are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a associate operations. This role combines administrative duties with facilities management responsibilities, ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Administrative Support:


- Provide general administrative support to the office, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports as needed.

- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible.

- Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members.

- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences.

- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors.

 

Facilities Management:

 

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office facility, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional work environment.

- Manage vendor relationships for facility maintenance, including janitorial services, repairs, and supplies procurement.

- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and address maintenance issues, safety hazards, and cleanliness standards.

- Coordinate office renovations, relocations, and space planning projects as needed.

- Assist in implementing and enforcing office security protocols, including access control systems and emergency procedures.

- Manage inventory and ordering of office supplies, equipment, and furniture.

- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure proper functioning of office equipment and systems.

 

Requirements:

 

- Previous experience in administrative support and/or facilities management is an advantage.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in work.

- Familiarity with safety and security protocols in an office environment.

- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and deadlines.
