Job SummaryThe Office Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling daily office tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining organized records.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff
- Maintain and organize files, documents, and records (physical and digital)
- Assist with data entry, reports, and basic documentation
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
