🔹 Key Responsibilities

Identify potential customers for Insurance, Home Loan, Personal Loan, Business Loan, and Other Financial Services.

Visit clients at homes/offices to explain product features, benefits, and eligibility.

Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and local networking.

Assist customers in completing application forms and collecting required documents.

Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat and referral business.

Coordinate with backend teams and banking partners for smooth processing.

Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily field activities.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Knowledge of Insurance or Loan products is an advantage.

Must be comfortable with field work.

Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships.

Smartphone, basic documentation knowledge, and willingness to travel locally.
