Job Description

Job Summary:


The Office Boy will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the Modular Kitchen Experience Centre, ensuring excellent customer hospitality, and supporting daily operational tasks including local travel for prints and documentation when required.


Key Responsibilities


1. Experience Centre Maintenance & Cleanliness

  • Maintain overall cleanliness of the Modular Kitchen Experience Centre, including display kitchens, customer lounge, meeting areas, and pantry.
  • Ensure products, displays, and sample areas are tidy, presentable, and well-organized at all times.
  • Manage waste disposal, dusting, mopping, and overall hygiene.


2. Customer Hospitality

  • Welcome customers visiting the Experience Centre and offer water, tea, coffee, or refreshments.
  • Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly attitude.
  • Assist the sales/design team during customer visits by arranging seating or meeting space when required.


3. Operational Support

  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and handling small documentation work.
  • Travel locally for essential tasks such as collecting or delivering prints, documents, or materials as instructed.
  • Support the team in setting up displays or rearranging product samples.


4. Inventory & Pantry Management

  • Monitor pantry items and cleaning supplies; inform the manager when stock needs replenishment.
  • Ensure all hospitality items (cups, glasses, water bottles, etc.) are clean and available.


5. General Responsibilities

  • Maintain punctuality, discipline, and a professional demeanor.
  • Coordinate with the admin/operations team for daily tasks and priorities.
  • Support other Experience Centre activities as required.


Requirements

  • Minimum 10th / 12th pass.
  • Prior experience in retail stores, showrooms, or hospitality preferred.
  • Good etiquette and basic communication skills.
  • trustworthy, and customer-friendly.
  • Willingness to travel locally for tasks when required.
