Assist doctors during patient consultation
Guide patients to the correct department or doctor
Maintain patient records and files
Handle patient registration and appointment scheduling
Check and record basic patient details (weight, BP, etc.)

Help in billing and coordination with reception if required
Manage patient queue and reduce waiting time
