Job Summary

Dextra Square Private Limited is looking for a proactive and responsible Operations Executive to manage site operations, coordinate with engineers, handle material transportation, and ensure project completion within timelines and budget. The candidate will play a key role in smooth execution of site activities and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily site operations and ensure smooth workflow

Coordinate with site engineers for project execution

Manage material transportation and ensure timely delivery to sites

Handle site coordination between management, engineers, and labour

Monitor project progress to ensure completion within deadlines

Ensure work is completed within approved budget

Manage and supervise labour workforce at site

Maintain quality standards and safety compliance

Handle customer queries and provide project updates

Prepare daily/weekly progress reports for management

Requirements

Graduate (Any Stream)

1–3 years of experience in site operations / construction / project coordination preferred

Strong coordination and communication skills

Ability to manage labour and site teams efficiently

Basic knowledge of budgeting and cost control

Willingness to travel to different project sites
